Before founding Tubac Homes, Zach Freeland was sales manager of the Haven Management
Corporation of Green Valley, where he sold over $12,000,000 in five years and became broker, marketer, closer and sales manager of Pierce Custom Homes. He took Pierce Custom Homes from four custom homes a year to its own development, selling 40 to 60 custom homes a year. He is a past mayor of Sahuarita and a leader in numerous political and civic organizations.
David Grounds, Contractor
David Grounds is the current President and CEO of Dorn homes, Inc. Since starting the Green Valley Dorn operation with Mike Dorn in 1991, David has overseen the construction of more that 1000 homes in Green Valley: Viewpoint, Springpointe, Madera Vista, Sunrise Pointe, The Greens, The Links, The Fairways, Legends and Pasadera, and now Barrio de Tubac.
David places a high value on customer service and prides himself on never receiving a Registrar of Contractors' complaint. David has served on numerous boards including the Green Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Green Valley Planning and Zoning Committee, the Green Valley Community Fund and others.
Lorin is an award-winning custom home builder from Pennsylvania. Her achievements have been documented in the Wall Street Journal. She now oversees all aspects of Tubac Homes building. Whether overseeing a million dollar mansion or a charming starter home, Lorin demands the finest quality from her construction and subcontractor teams. She prides herself on being available to answer her client's questions, constructing homes on time, and delivering the finest in quality. Lorin is skilled in all types of construction including masonry, frame, stucco and Eco-Block Concrete Form construction.
Julie Grounds
Julie's 12 years of experience in the home building industry serves her well as a partner in Tubac Homes. Julie's integrity, management skills and work ethic have established her as a driving force in Green Valley and Tubac's custom home marketplace. As a resident of Green Valley, she makes herself available to serve the needs of her clients, her employees and Dorn's subcontractor partners.
