Embarcadero is a wonderful living concept in which history, art and a rich lifestyle come together in one of Southern Arizona's most magnificent settings. This unique 180 unit town home complex was designed by the nationally renowned architectural firm of Fugleberg and Koch, with the intention of recapturing the historic elegance of the indigenous construction.

Planned to capture the essence of 1774 Tubac, the project is unusual from many standpoints. The exterior facades are carefully considered studies of early southwestern architecture dutifully portraying an earlier time in
delicious detail. While relatively small, 850 square feet to 1,550, each town home has its own private patio as well as an optional covered rooftop patio complete with summer kitchen where the surrounding views are spectacular.
All units have a master suite and a walk-in closet. Residences are sold with an optional fully furnished package to enhance the ease of the buying experience.
The main feature of Embarcadero is service.
Residents will find personalized service features designed to allow for truly care free living. A Concierge will be available during daytime hours to arrange anything from a haircut to seats at the ball park.
Standard services include trash collection, valet parking, unit check while the owner is away, window washing, lawn and pool service. Optional services include on call and weekly maid service, personal grocery shopping and airport pick up and delivery and general area transportation.
The developers of Embarcadero are preparing the community to serve two primary markets: The second home buyer and persons who wish to down-size and move into a smaller, more service-oriented setting. Amenities include will include a pool and leisure area; a community , barbeque and picnic area; The Governor's residence; and a pathway leading directly to the Anza National Trail.
